Description
Vix Technology is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to develop, test, and maintain secure and scalable software for public transportation systems. The role involves system architecture, code ownership, Agile collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and resolving production incidents. Candidates need at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in a technical lead or principal engineering role, extensive C# and .NET experience, RESTful API and event-driven architecture skills, database experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. AWS and transport or rail ticketing experience are desirable.
