Candidates need at least eight years of experience building and scaling complex software systems, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced education and experience, and demonstrated experience using AI as a primary development collaborator. The position offers a US salary range of $177,000 to $284,000, an annual discretionary bonus, restricted stock units, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits, with work from an office or remotely from any location within the employee’s country of employment.
