Description
Xello is hiring a Principal Engineer to define and execute its long-term technical strategy, guide scalable and secure architecture, lead AI integration in engineering workflows, manage technical debt, improve CI/CD and software quality, and support senior technical hiring. The role reports to the VP of Engineering, is remote across Canada with Eastern Time working hours, and requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years at the staff or principal level in high-growth SaaS businesses or startups. The compensation range is $180,000-$220,000 CAD, with employer-paid health and dental benefits for Canadian-based staff.
