Enlyft is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead its largest and most complex projects, shaping scalable and reliable architecture across backend, frontend, and AI platforms. The role involves designing agentic workflows, partnering with product and engineering stakeholders, owning complex project lifecycles, mentoring engineers, and documenting architectural decisions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 14 years of experience including 4 years in a principal or architect-level role, and expertise in distributed systems, modern programming languages, databases, APIs, microservices, production AI agents, and cloud and DevOps technologies.
