Mirantis is hiring an experienced Backend Engineer to build and own Go microservices for the k0rdent-ai multi-tenant control plane. The role covers API design, database schemas and migrations, Temporal orchestration, event-driven communication, authentication and authorization, testing, observability, Docker/Helm/Kubernetes packaging, incident debugging, code review, and mentoring junior engineers. It requires 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years building production backend services in Go, along with extensive experience in multi-tenant SaaS or PaaS platforms, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, identity systems, and related infrastructure technologies.
