Description
OnBoard is hiring a fully remote US-based Principal Software Engineer working EST hours to lead the design and development of scalable SaaS applications, including AI-powered and agentic experiences. The role combines principal-level technical leadership, mentoring, architecture, code quality, developer experience, and innovation with hands-on development using C# and .NET Core, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud messaging and data lake technologies, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and AI/ML capabilities such as semantic search, vector databases, RAG, and LLM orchestration.
