Description
Fivetran is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to contribute to the technical architecture, design, and development of its Managed Data Lake product. The role involves building scalable, high-performance data lake systems, improving fault tolerance, availability, and performance, contributing to open-source projects, and setting technical standards. It is a full-time remote position based out of Germany and requires at least six years of experience with high-performance relational data management systems, strong Java and C++ development skills, cloud experience, and knowledge of columnar storage formats.
