Description
Fidelity is hiring a Principal Software Engineer/Developer to design application-level architecture, develop complex financial-services software, implement RESTful APIs, and support Spring-based Java projects. The role also covers software testing, project planning, risk management, technical strategy, documentation, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus three years, along with expertise in enterprise financial applications, distributed systems, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and microservices. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship and follows Fidelity’s phased transition toward onsite work.
