Fidelity is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to design, implement, govern, and architect enterprise-scale Archer GRC solutions. The role owns the technical roadmap, Archer configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, custom objects, and client-side enhancements, while collaborating with risk, compliance, audit, legal, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include application architecture, software development, QA readiness, project planning, technical analysis, technology evaluation, and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus three years, and offers a salary of $150,000 to $166,000 per year.
