Fidelity is hiring a Principal Software Engineer/Developer to design and implement complex, scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications and mid-tier services. The role covers application-level architecture, cloud-native patterns, performance engineering, testing, documentation, project planning, risk management, technical strategy, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus three years of relevant experience, along with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and related technologies. The position is transitioning toward a full-time onsite working model, and Fidelity does not provide immigration sponsorship.
