Description
Fidelity is hiring a Principal Software Engineer/Developer to execute hands-on software development, design and implement application-level architecture, develop complex Java applications, manage testing and project lifecycles, advise on technical strategy, and mentor junior team members. The role requires a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience, or a master’s degree plus three years of experience, in a financial services environment. It also requires extensive expertise with FIS products, Java, Spring, Oracle SQL, distributed systems, automated testing, DevOps, and enterprise integration tools. The position is transitioning toward a full-time onsite working model, and Fidelity does not provide immigration sponsorship.
