Description
GovTech is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture and technical roadmap of its Developer Productivity Platform, which supports government software development through tools, AI-assisted development, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and developer productivity analytics. The role owns high-scale, secure, and reliable systems; establishes engineering standards; evaluates emerging technologies; writes complex production code; resolves cross-team technical issues; and mentors senior and staff engineers. The position requires deep software architecture and system-design expertise, strong technical judgment, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
