Description
GovTech is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead its Engineering Effectiveness Measurement pillar. The role will unify data, instrumentation, analytics, and research capabilities; design and interpret developer experience research; develop and roll out an engineering maturity framework; evaluate AI engineering impacts; translate evidence into decisions and improvements; and build measurement capability across GovTech and partner teams. The position requires substantial software engineering, engineering data, developer experience, or engineering effectiveness experience, quantitative and qualitative research skills, knowledge of frameworks such as DORA and SPACE, and the ability to lead technically without direct authority.
