Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering IC5 or IC6 to lead the architecture and development of high-scale experimentation platforms for AI-driven applications. The role owns complex product architecture, cross-team delivery, production reliability, security hardening, observability, incident response, and engineering mentorship. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least six years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; equivalent experience may also qualify. The position offers a U.S. base pay range of USD 142,800–274,800 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
