Description
The Technical Lead will own the architecture, runtime foundations, engineering rigor, observability, and complex refactors of a large scanner platform. The role requires deep software architecture experience, strong Python and concurrency expertise, a track record of shipping observable and resilient systems, and strong technical leadership. It also involves collaborating with hardware, recon, and ML teams on interfaces, data contracts, synchronization, and failure modes, while maintaining security, diagnostics, and operational practices for real hardware.
