Smartsheet is hiring a Principal Software Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management in its India Global Capability Center. The role leads the architecture and evolution of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and Agentic Identity systems; drives large-scale architectural strategy and transformations; mentors senior engineers; and collaborates with product and business stakeholders. Candidates need extensive experience with scalable systems, identity protocols, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, database optimization, and technical leadership, along with English fluency and eligibility to work in India.
