Description
Xiatech is hiring a Principal Software Engineer in Test to own quality and testing strategy across its engineering organisation. The role combines hands-on manual testing of complex features with designing automation frameworks, reusable scripts, CI/CD test pipelines, quality metrics, test planning, and the rollout of new testing tools and processes. It also involves mentoring engineers and QAs and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The position is permanent and remote, with the option to work from Xiatech’s Fitzrovia office.
