Performance Drone Works is hiring a Manufacturing Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation, deployment, and sustainment of software systems supporting assembly, integration, calibration, and final validation of tactical robotic systems. The role focuses on scalable production test frameworks, Python and Linux automation, configuration management, CI/CD, hardware validation, telemetry, traceability, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, and field operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of relevant technical leadership experience, a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher, and is based in Huntsville, Alabama or Denver, Colorado.
