Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Principal Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning Platform Stability and Infrastructure. This role involves owning the end-to-end strategy for platform reliability, focusing on accelerator infrastructure and workload orchestration. The engineer will lead reliability work for a global job scheduler, architect and optimize next-generation inference services, overhaul logging and monitoring systems, improve CI/CD stability, and contribute to core technical decisions aligned with biotech R&D cycles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecting and managing large-scale AI/ML workloads in a production environment, expertise in cloud compute design within GCP, significant experience with Kubernetes, familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, and strong programming skills.
