The role owns area-level OKRs and KPIs, incident response, technical onboarding, knowledge management, and engineering development, while partnering with product, design, customer-facing leadership, and peer Principals. The technology stack includes React.js/Redux, Node.js, Kafka, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, and GitHub/TeamCity/Octopus. The role requires roughly 15–20+ years of relevant engineering experience, experience in payments, banking, or a related area, and offers CAD compensation of $191,000–$249,000 plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
