Description
The Principal Software Engineer, Performance Engineering will embed performance validation into the design, development, and CI/CD lifecycle for large-scale applications and databases. The role partners with product architects and engineering teams, builds performance tooling and instrumentation, reviews code for scalability issues, and conducts load, stress, database, JVM, and production telemetry analysis. It requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 6 years focused on performance engineering or a closely related discipline, along with Linux, scripting, load-testing, database, and cloud-native experience.
