Description
The role leads engineering and operational management of large-scale Oracle database fleets, including Oracle 19c performance tuning, architecture, security, capacity planning, upgrades, incident response, and cloud-scale reliability. It also develops Python or Shell automation, leads cross-functional platform projects, mentors engineers, and establishes observability and operational standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 6–8 years of Oracle database engineering, administration, or SRE experience, with a US hiring range of $104,500 to $234,600 per annum.
