Description
PubMatic is hiring a Principal Software Engineer - PubMatic AgenticOS to lead the design and development of highly scalable, low-latency buy-side ad tech systems. The role owns bidder services, real-time bidding, campaign pacing, budget management, deal execution, auction participation, bid shading, supply-path optimization, data pipelines, and productionized machine-learning models. It requires eight or more years of software engineering experience, deep Golang expertise, and experience with distributed systems, OpenRTB, VAST, cloud platforms, and containerized environments. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely, and includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
