Creative Chaos is hiring a Principal Software Engineer (ReactJS) to lead and mentor software engineers, architect scalable applications, and build Agentic AI systems that plan, reason, and act autonomously. The role combines deep frontend expertise with architectural leadership, including integrating AI agents with frontend applications, ensuring performance and security, writing highly covered unit tests, managing technical debt, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating candidates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, at least 8 years of professional software development experience, strong JavaScript and ReactJS skills, and proven experience with Agentic AI systems.
