The role leads and mentors software engineers, analyzes requirements, estimates tasks, writes code and unit tests, collaborates with teams and clients, maintains systems, and evaluates candidates. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent, at least eight years of related professional experience, strong JavaScript and ReactJS expertise, and knowledge of related technologies.
