The role owns the technical direction for build, test, and deployment systems; designs AI-powered QA agents and scalable delivery infrastructure; leads complex, cross-team initiatives; and influences architecture across engineering teams. Candidates need deep experience with CI/CD, build infrastructure, release engineering, or foundational backend platforms, along with hyperscaler or platform-provider experience and a hands-on, first-principles approach. The annual cash compensation range is $266,200 to $425,900 USD, with potential equity and overtime benefits.
