Description
Wayve is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for its Robot Software organization to shape the 12–24 month technical roadmap, lead high-impact platform initiatives, and improve reliability, observability, deployment, diagnostics, and developer experience across autonomous-vehicle software. The role requires leading large technical initiatives, defining architecture and strategy, debugging cross-domain problems, and mentoring senior engineers, with expertise in modern C++, embedded systems, robotics, automotive software, Linux/QNX, robotics middleware, platform integration, simulation, embedded compute, CI/CD, or large-scale fleet operations.
