Description
The Technical Lead will serve as a technical facilitator and engineering leader for a cross-functional squad, balancing hands-on software development with leadership through influence. Responsibilities include technical escalation, agile ceremonies, technical design, complex feature and bug development, quality and test strategy, CI/CD and release practices, and collaboration with product, architecture, quality, SRE, and partner teams. The role requires experience leading through influence, expertise in distributed services, data platforms, or high-throughput applications, and proficiency in Node, TypeScript, or React, along with knowledge of databases, performance tuning, cloud technologies, observability, and secure coding.
