Baxter is hiring a Principal Software Development Engineer in Test to partner with cross-functional teams on test strategy, quality, compliance, and delivery for complex software products. The role leads test planning, estimation, execution, automation frameworks, front-end, back-end, API, and exploratory testing, and drives verification, validation, root-cause analysis, defect tracking, and quality reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of software test automation or SDET experience, strong programming and test-automation expertise, and experience with REST APIs or GraphQL. The position offers a flexible workplace with onsite requirements, an estimated base salary of $112,000-$154,000 annually, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
