Leidos is hiring a Principal Software Engineer for its National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role serves as the technical anchor for a new product feature, leading architecture and design, translating business requirements into technical designs, coordinating with Systems Engineering and an Integrated Feature Team, decomposing work into tasks, mentoring peers, and reviewing code for quality, security, and performance. The position requires a current or active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, and extensive prior experience; Java, Spring Boot, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and REST are required, while MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, PKI/TLS/SSL, ICAM, Confluence, and Jira are desired. The pay range is $154,050.00 to $278,475.00.
