AECOM is hiring a Principal Solar Electrical Engineer to join its Energy team and deliver feasibility, design, technical advisory, permitting, and construction services for utility-scale and distributed solar PV projects. The role involves designing PV systems with industry-standard software, preparing specifications and reports, conducting site surveys, supporting tenders, and applying UK electrical standards. It is based in one of several UK offices with a flexible hybrid model and requires an electrical engineering degree or master's, chartered engineer status, relevant solar PV experience, project leadership, and the ability to travel to project sites.
