Description
TTEC Digital is hiring a Sandcastle Solution Architect – AWS (Pre-Sales) to serve as a technical subject matter expert for the SandcastleCX Practice. The role leads pre-sales and post-sales engagements, designs Amazon Connect and AWS customer experience solutions, builds and demonstrates Proof of Concepts, develops integration and architecture strategies, conducts customer workshops and presentations, identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and collaborates with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or contact center consulting experience, and at least 5 years of hands-on Amazon Connect and AWS experience. AWS professional certifications are preferred, and the role may require travel of up to 30% for customer and partner engagements.
