Ensono is hiring a Solution Consultant to act as a lead solution architect for complex enterprise transformation and migration initiatives. The role combines client discovery, solution design, architecture workshops, executive presentations, multi-year technology roadmaps, pricing and financial modeling, and leadership of complex projects through testing, cut-over, troubleshooting, and operational hand-off. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, enterprise client-facing consulting or managed-services experience, cloud and infrastructure expertise, and strong executive communication and commercial skills. The role involves frequent travel and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $204,000 annually, with bonus and equity compensation.
