Inspire11 is hiring a Principal Consultant to deliver digital, analytics, and technology consulting services to clients. The role manages engagement delivery, quality assurance, risk assessment, project planning, solution strategy, requirements gathering, solution architecture, development teams, proposals, and Statements of Work, while also contributing to practice growth, business development, talent management, and thought leadership. Candidates need 10+ years of consulting experience in digital or data analytics and 7+ years of custom product development using Agile methodology, along with sales, program and solution management, communication, and organizational skills. The role is onsite at Inspire11 or client locations as needed and does not offer visa sponsorship; compensation is listed as $145,000–$180,000 USD for the Associate - Managing Consultant base pay range.
