Freshworks is hiring a GSI Solution Architect to lead technical and solution work for its Global Systems Integrator ecosystem, with a focus on Employee Experience and Freshservice. The role supports GSI partners in identifying new business and expansion opportunities, translating service challenges into structured solutions, building solution narratives and reference architectures, enabling sales and delivery teams, and contributing to partner-sourced pipeline quality and conversion. It is commercially aligned to partner-sourced ARR but is not a pure sales role.
