Description
Freshworks is hiring a GSI Solution Architect to support its Global Systems Integrator ecosystem focused on Employee Experience and Freshservice. The role partners with GSI partners, sales, solution engineering, product, and professional services to identify and expand Freshservice opportunities, translate service challenges into structured solutions, build solution narratives and reference architectures, enable partner teams, and support partner-sourced pipeline. It requires experience in solution architecture, presales, consulting, or partner solution engineering, along with knowledge of ITSM, ESM, employee service, and AI use cases, and is based in or able to work from Chennai.
