Description
Zyphra is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical authority for partner and customer-facing engagements across its AI model portfolio and agentic systems. The role owns technical GTM activities from discovery through deployment, develops evaluation frameworks and integration playbooks, drives strategic partnerships and customer conversion, represents Zyphra at industry events, and feeds customer intelligence into research and product roadmaps. Candidates should have deep technical fluency in AI domains such as large language models, multimodal AI, audio synthesis, brain-computer interfaces, or agentic systems, along with experience in customer-facing technical roles, solutions architecture, applied research, developer relations, or technical business development.
