Amazon is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to lead technical relationships and cloud transformation for semiconductor customers, combining Electronic Design Automation and Generative AI. The role owns large-scale EDA workloads, HPC, shared storage, license optimization, Graviton adoption, and production Generative AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock; creates reference architectures and reusable assets; influences AWS product roadmaps; and mentors Solutions Architects. Candidates need 10+ years of technology experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and experience with cloud solutions, C-level communication, and technology roadmaps. The position is based in East Palo Alto or San Francisco, California, with a base salary of 210,200 to 284,300 USD annually.
