NVIDIA is hiring a Staff/Principal Solutions Architect to define and lead technical strategy for semiconductor test across wafer and package operations. The role covers test development, ATE architecture, DFT, yield and test-data analytics, AI/ML test optimization, test roadmaps, vendor and standards engagement, and mentorship of senior test engineers. It requires 15+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, extensive knowledge of ATE, DFT, yield analysis, or test data/ML analytics, and proficiency in test scripting and automation. The base salary range is 216,000 USD to 345,000 USD, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until June 5, 2026.
