Charles River Associates is hiring a Principal in its Forensic Services practice to lead forensic investigations of source code, systems, databases, and technical evidence in intellectual property and technology-related litigation. The role serves as a primary client contact, manages and recruits technical teams, prepares expert reports, supports counsel and clients, and participates in business development. Candidates need a Computer Science or equivalent degree, at least 10 years of source-code and technology liability analysis experience, programming expertise, hands-on expert experience, and familiarity with source-code analysis, reverse engineering, and database administration. The position is based in the United States, requires 3–4 days per week in the office, and offers an annual base salary of $175,000–$250,000 plus potential bonus compensation.
