Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist (P3) to join their LTAMDS (Lower Tier Area & Missile Defense System) team in the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit. This role involves gaining end-to-end exposure to program execution and financial performance, preparing for future leadership in Business Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of finance and program control, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
