Description
Micron is hiring a Principal/Staff Engineer, Process Integration, NTI NAND to lead process modules for 3D NAND semiconductor development. The role owns module specifications, process control, performance optimization, materials, experiments, technology transfer, and cross-functional coordination, while leading a development team and contributing to innovation and intellectual property. Candidates need at least five years of experience in wafer fabrication process development, strong NAND process and reliability knowledge, and a master's or PhD in a relevant engineering or materials science field.
