Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Process Integration Pathfinding Engineer to lead module development for next-generation DRAM technology nodes. The role defines structural and electrical module requirements, integrates modules with unit-process and support teams, evaluates architectures and materials, designs and analyzes experiments, improves yield and process margins, resolves defects, and supports manufacturing transfer. Candidates need a relevant master's or doctoral degree or a bachelor's degree plus five or more years of industry experience, along with semiconductor device physics, materials science, process fundamentals, and data-analysis skills.
