Monarch is hiring a Principal, Strategic Operations to join its Operations team during rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will design and improve the company's operating system, including planning cadences, decision-making frameworks, and execution mechanisms; own quarterly and annual planning; coordinate high-priority cross-functional initiatives; and partner with founders and senior leaders. The position requires at least seven years of relevant operational leadership experience, strong systems thinking, executive influence, and AI fluency, and is fully remote with competitive cash and equity compensation, benefits, and unlimited PTO.
