Description
Gotion is hiring a Principal Structural & CAE Durability Engineer to lead structural integrity, fatigue, durability, and NVH analysis for battery module and pack systems supporting next-generation electric vehicle and energy storage programs. The role owns the CAE strategy, analysis methods, automation roadmap, FEA model validation, root-cause investigations, and technical leadership for structural and CAE engineers, while partnering with Design Release Engineers and cross-functional teams. The position requires a PhD or MS in a relevant engineering discipline, 15+ years of structural and durability CAE experience, expert FEA tool proficiency, automation and scripting experience, and the ability to define technical strategy and mentor engineers.
