AECOM is recruiting a Principal Structural Engineer to join its Building Structures team in Nottingham. The role leads mid- to large-scale structural engineering projects from concept through handover, managing commercial, technical, quality, environmental, sustainability, programme, and budget aspects. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, preparing fee proposals, performing structural analyses and calculations, value engineering, and delivering sustainable designs. Candidates must be Chartered Structural Engineers with extensive project leadership, client-facing, design, and commercial experience, knowledge of Eurocodes and British standards, and active UK SC clearance or the ability to obtain it.
