Description
AECOM is recruiting a Principal Structural Engineer for its Structures team within the Building Engineering Unit. The role leads structural engineering projects across commercial and defence sectors, including feasibility, concept and detailed design, structural assessments, inspections, and construction support. Responsibilities include client engagement, project management, supervising engineers and technicians, performing independent structural analyses and design reports, and considering wider engineering implications. The position requires a civil or structural engineering degree, IStructE or ICE chartered status, project delivery experience, MOD security clearance, a driving license, and Eurocode knowledge; heavy civil and seismically qualified structure experience is advantageous. The role offers hybrid working options.
