BakerHicks is hiring a Principal Structural Engineer to lead structural design delivery across major projects and multiple design teams. The role involves managing structural project teams, overseeing calculations, drawings, reports, specifications and digital models, acting as a technical authority, developing programmes and budgets, supporting tenders and technical scopes, reporting performance, and mentoring engineers. Candidates must be Chartered Engineers with CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE, have strong UK structural design and assurance knowledge, and demonstrate multidisciplinary delivery, analysis, budgeting and change-management experience.
