Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a Principal Transmission Structural Engineer to lead the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, and quality review of transmission poles, towers, foundations, bridges, and related structures. The role serves as Engineer of Record, mentors engineers, establishes structural QA/QC standards, supports construction, and presents solutions to clients. It requires a California and Illinois Structural Engineer license, an ABET engineering degree, and 12–15+ years of progressively responsible transmission structural experience, with remote or hybrid work and travel as needed. The annual salary range is $149,184.17–$179,932.39, with medical, dental, retirement, bonus, and other benefits.
