Description
Genesis Energies is seeking a Principal Subsea Pipeline Engineer for its UK-based Subsea and Pipelines team on a contract basis. The role provides autonomous technical input and management for subsea pipeline, riser, and tie-in spool design across pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, operating, and decommissioning phases, including calculations, deliverables, meetings, bids, and technology development. The position requires prior oil and gas or energy-transition subsea engineering experience, relevant engineering education and professional qualifications, pipeline analysis expertise, MathCad proficiency, and strong communication and reporting skills; Abaqus, Python, FS2000, CP and coating, and line-pipe specification experience are preferred. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, and the role is marked hybrid.
